How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your PollHub account using either of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the PollHub app
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send us an email from the address associated with your account:

support@pollhub.app
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- All polls you created
- All your votes and comments
- Your followers and following list
- Saved/bookmarked polls
- Notification history
- All associated data
Data Deletion Timeline
Upon account deletion:
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and no longer accessible
- Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers
- Third-party services: We will request deletion from Firebase and other integrated services
