By accessing or using PollHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PollHub. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (polls, comments, images). By posting content, you grant PollHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Impersonates another person or entity
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate poll results
- Using bots or automated systems to vote or create content
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
- Scraping or collecting user data without authorization
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We may suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The PollHub name, logo, and all related trademarks, designs, and technology are the property of PollHub. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
PollHub integrates with third-party services (Google, Facebook, Firebase, AdMob). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of poll results or user-generated content. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on poll results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PollHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
